I prefer Kefka too. I also haven't played much of FFVII yet. At least Kefka killed half of the world.

Kefka backstabbed half his comrades and abused the rest, ascended to Godhood and screwed more than half of the world, changed the face of Earth just because he wanted so. What did Sephiroth do? Get stabbed by a freaking rookie, die, and spook the overworld then hide somewhere in a crater to summon a big rock... which heroes and monsters of FF6 can spam all they want (Meteor). Oh yeah, he get screwed in a duel against a blonde emo guy.

Sure Kefka kicks ass in comparison. the final battle orchestra kicks asses too, especially in comparison with Sephiroth's, which was good too. Kefka's tune lasted more than 10 minutes.

I agree completely.

I hate bishounens and I don't like villains with tragic pasts either.

Kefka is my all time favourite antagonist. n_n
